Ruby Lee Owens-Pence, 92 years old, gained her wings on June 12, 2024 while being lovingly cared for at home.

Ruby was surrounded by an amazing team of caregivers: Stacey, Maria, Naomi, Feleena, Jenna, Alicia, Dianna, and Robin. We sincerely thank each of them for their care that allowed Ruby to  remain comfortably at home during the past four years.

Ruby was born in Stilwell Oklahoma to  Emmett(Gabby) & Linnie Owens. Ruby was preceded in death by her husband Jake(Jasper) Pence, two sons, James & Terry Pence, her parents & numerous brothers & sisters.

Ruby is affectionately known as, momma, ma, & grandma. Ruby is also known as sister & Aunt Ruby.

Ruby is survived by two daughters, Helen Pence & Holly Pence. Ruby is also survived by her precious Granddaughter Stacey Pence-Mower, and her lovely Great Grand children, Jenna Mower, Shannon Mower & Caleb Mower.

Ruby is also survived by her oldest living brother, Bill Owens(Wanda),  baby sister Louise Phillips(Don) and many nieces and nephews.

Ruby was a long time member of First Southern Baptist Church in Madera, CA and her great granddaughter Jenna,  took her grandma to church on Sundays.

Ruby(momma,ma, grandma) is loved by many & will be missed by many.

Graveside service will be held at the Chowchilla cemetery on Saturday June 22nd @ 10a.m. All family & friends are invited
