Robert 'Rob T' Mendez, 63, passed away June 16, 2021, in Madera, California due to various health issues. Mass will be held Thursday, July 8 ^th at 11am at the St. Joachim's Catholic Church in Madera, California.

Robert Mendez was born May 8 ^th , 1958, in Los Angeles California to Minnie Arguelles and Ralph Mendez.

He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings (Ralph, Mike, Frank, Leonard, and Yvonne).

He is survived by his seven children, three sons (Alex Mendez, Trine Mendez, and Sergio Mendez) and Four Daughters (Christina Mendez Valero, Irene Mendez Blanco, Gabrielle Mendez, and Marissa Mendez) as well as six grandchildren (Armando Garza, Malyha Mendez, Juan Blanco, Sergio Blanco, Vanessa Toscano, and Matthew Valero). He also leaves behind siblings (Johnny, George, Christopher, Dee 'Loli', Esther, Susie, and Frances).

His children paid this tribute to him, "Dad was one of the kindest and funniest persons you could ever meet. He was very proud of all his children and loved us all very much." He would always joke about having the best kids out of all his siblings. Although he was very private, he opened his heart to many and was a huge Washington Redskin fan "Redskins Touchdown!" He will be sorely missed.
