March 1, 1950 - October 14, 2023

Phil Giron passed away October 14, 2023 at the age of 73 while doing what he loved best, fishing. Phil is preceded in
death by his mother Emma, brothers Benito and Ernie and sister Connie. He is survived by his two sons Phillip and
Anthony; his grandchildren Joshua, Alec and Carly; his brothers Gilbert and Michael, as well as his sister-in-law Estella
and many cousins, nieces and nephews who all loved him dearly. Phil will be remembered for his sense of humor and
ability to fix just about anything.
Phil was born March 1, 1950 in Santa Clara, CA and graduated from Piedmont High School in San Jose, CA in 1969. Phil
moved his young family to Amador County in the early 70's where he worked at the sawmill and raised his two boys. He
loved fishing, searching for gold and going to casinos. Phil spent his later years in Madera, CA with mother, sister and
brothers.
