Marina Robles Luna

February 24, 1954 to December 5, 2021

Marina Robles Luna was born on February 24 ^th , 1954, to Estefana Robles & Francisco Perez in LaFeria TX.  She was one of five children Xavier Perez, Lupe Atilano, Maria Brady & Norma Lopez.

Marina lived in Madera California most of her life and married her soul mate Lawrence Luna.  They celebrated 40 years of unity in September of this year.

On the 5 ^th of December at only 67 years of age, Marina passed away and lost the battle with covid.  Her husband Lawrence Luna died only 13 days earlier also due to covid.

Marina was a friend to anyone and everyone.  We all remember her hugs and kisses and the love she shared so freely.   She was an animal lover and leaves a small chihuahua (Rio).

She worked as a live in caregiver for many years and found enjoyment in caring for the elderly.  She was patient and compassionate with the sick.  Many times, they would ask for her because they felt safe and loved.

As she began to age, she would often say that she felt jay (old) and needed to get up a bit slower but that did not stop her.  She loved to shop at thrift stores because it was like hunting for treasure.  It was a great distraction and always fun the laughter was never ending.

Marina was an excellent cook we will all miss her tacos, enchiladas and refried beans with ham hooks and her own blend of spices that made them amazing……yumm

Although you have gone on before us you will remain in our hearts forever
