Mary was a shining light in everyone's life. She was like an angel that walked here on earth. Her loving Heart kind words, generosity and caring for all around her will truly be missed. She was a true blessing to her family, friends, and every person she came across.

Mary was the third child of Ignacia and Faustino Flores. She was born on January 27, 1927, in Madera, CA. Mary attended school only until shwas in the 5th grade. Then she dropped out so that she could work in the fields and help her parents pay the bills and support their growing family.

Mary worked in the fields for 25 years. She then moved to Dublin with her sister Connie and her husband David. There Mary got a job as a seasonal worker for Del monte cannery. A few years later Mary went back to school while continuing to work. Mary was very proud to graduate and receive her formal certificate in 1977 as a certified nurse's aide. She chose the field of convalescent care and enjoyed caring the elderly until she retired in 1997 at the age of 70.

Mary helped everyone from family and friends to strangers she met on the street who were in need. She was the best; most incredible woman and we were all blessed to have her in our lives.

Mary is survived by her sister Mary Lou "Dorothy" Marin, brother Calfos Flores and sister Connie Sanches, along with many many nephews, nieces, great nephews and nieces and great great nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents Ignacia and Faustino Flores, her siblings Lupe, Dolores, Fausto and Loure, Nephews, nieces and great nieces and nephews.

May they all be reunited together with our Lord.
