Jennie M. Lopez, passed away peacefully at home on November 29, 2024, at the age of 91, in her
hometown of Madera, California. Born on September 5, 1933.
Family was the center of Jennie's world. She is survived by her five loving children Herman Lopez, Louie
Lopez, Sandra Albarez, Kathy Arredondo, Rudy Lopez all of Madera, California. Jennie's legacy also lives
on through her ten grandkids, 16 great grandkids, and 3 great-great grandkids. Jennie was also "Tia
Jennie" to numerous cherished nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. She was preceded in
death by her parents Amelia and Herman Moreno, husband Mathias R. Lopez, brother Samual
Moreno and by her Son-in-law Alfred Albarez Sr.
Jennie's interests were caring for her family, cooking things like tortillas, tacos or fried chicken, watching
baseball and making baby blankets for everyone she knew. Later in life when she could no longer make
baby blankets or crochet, she would do word puzzles and continue to root for the San Francisco Giants
baseball team.
Jennie's life will be celebrated in the memories of those who knew and loved her. Her unwavering
commitment to her family, and her kind spirit will remain as guiding lights for all who were fortunate
enough to cross her path.
Closed Casket Visitation will take place at 5-7pm on Monday, December 9th, 2024. At All Faiths Funeral
Home 801 E Yosemite Ave, Madera CA, 93638. With a Service at 6pm.
Graveside Service will take place on Tuesday, December 10th, 2024. At Arbor Vitae Cemetery 1301
Roberts Ave., Madera, CA 93637 at 10am.
Following the Graveside Service a reception will be held at Jennie's Grand-daughter's house Amelia
Albarez.
