Jeannette Ellen Ludwick, 64 passed peacefully in Madera on June 25 , 2021. She was born on 11-27-1956 in Salem, New Jersey. She spent most of her early years in Belmar, NJ before moving to Washington state where she lived for many years and raised 3 children.

Jeannette was proceeded in death by her parents, Marie Catherine McGlone and Clarence Abbott Ludwick, her 2 brothers Edward and Christopher, and her husband Richard Jalakas of Point Pleasant, NJ as well as Glenn Sterling Cook of Duvall, WA.

She is survived by her 3 children, Carl, Justin and Alyshia. grandchildren Emerson and Hudson Ludwick, and Clayton Jalakas. Also brothers and sisters Robert, Carl, Karen Cron, Dorothy Macaluso, Michael, James - along with many nephews, nieces.

Jeannette enjoyed the outdoors growing up at the New Jersey beaches, in the mountains where the McGlone cousins lived, and on her farm in Duvall, Washington. She especially loved music, riding bikes, bowling and going places with her boyfriend Victor. He was always at her side especially during her last weeks in the hospital.

Jeannette was close to the McGlone family in Madera and was able to share in many family events. Special thanks to Christine for all her support over the past years living across the street and for inviting Jeannette and her daughter Alyshia over to the many family events. Jeannette was close to her aunt Florence, and cousins Kathie, Patti, Robert and Donald.

May GOD Bless Jeannette abundantly in Heaven as she joins her family in the Glory of  God the Father, Jesus Christ, The Holy Ghost, and all believers waiting for her.

A gathering with family and friends is being planned for a Celebration of Life in Madera, CA and also in Belmar, NJ. Dates will be announced in the near future.
