Gloria Kathleen King, 76,
of Fresno passed away on
November 24, 2024, after a

lengthy battle with lung can-
cer.

Gloria, aka "Kathy," was
born on May 26, 1948, to
Lloyd and Irene Nordyke in
South Carolina. After Kathy
graduated from Buchser
High School in 1966, she
started her family.

In 1966, Gloria met Mal-
com Williams, and they went

on to have two children,
Marnee and Chad. In 1970,

Gloria met her second hus-
band, James King, and they

had another daughter, Tiffa-
ny.

After a lengthy career in

Hospital Credential Com-
pliance, Gloria retired in

2015 and spent time with
her friends and grandkids,
improving her home, and
watching her favorite TV
channel Lifetime. Gloria
was a life-long fan of Kenny
Rogers, Michael Bolton, and
Betty Boop.
Gloria was predeceased by
her father Llyod, her mother
Irene, her sister Beverly, and
her daughter Tiffany. She
is survived by her daughter

Marnee, her son Chad (Justi-
na), and her grandchildren;

Kevin, Andrea, Ethan, Kyle,

Elijah, Laryssa, Kody, Val-
erie, and her beloved dog

Pheobe.
Services will be held at
All Faiths Funeral Home in
Madera, CA on December
20, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.
