Cindy Morgan of Madera, Ca passed away June 13, 2021 at the age of 63 surrounded by her
loving family. She was born June 4, 1958 in Hattiesburg MS, where she was raised until the age
of 12. After the death of her beloved "grandaddy" she moved to New Orleans, LA and then to
Madera, CA in her teens where she graduated from Madera High School. She went on to teach
Migrant Head Start and then worked as a client supervisor for Heartland Opportunity Center.

An avid fan of 80's classic rock music she attended every concert she could. She also enjoyed
reading, road trips to the beach and rooting on her home team the New Orleans Saints. She was a
kind soul and had an amazing love and compassion for animals. She will be dearly missed and
forever loved.

Cindy is survived by her children, Stephanie Bryant, Alicia Moreno and Mikey Moreno all of
Madera, her mother Joan Mancil, brother Mike Volcheck and sister Robin Bourgeois of New
Orleans. Brother Tim Morgan and sister Kimberly Morgan of Fresno and Renae Pena of
Caruthers as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She is proceeded in death by her father Roy
Morgan, stepfather Bernard Volcheck, stepmother Dorothy Morgan and brother Jeff Morgan.

A memorial service was held Monday June 28, 2021.
